We require all lodging be rented for a two day minimum
stay.
You and your paying guests are welcome to use the facilities.
An additional fee is charged for larger events.

In order to reserve the property for your event, a lodging deposit of 50% is required.
Additional fees apply for additional use of the property.

These fees include:
Use of the facilities for your ceremony and reception, tables, chairs/benches, 2-4
staff for 6 hr shift, waste removal, 2 porta potties, parking, electricity and lighting, one cabin for an overnight to
plan.
In addition, you can rent our table settings and linens (dishes, stemware,
cutlery, and all of the extras) @ $8. per setting.
We have a commercial gas grill, available to rent for the weekend @ $250.
